Santander balance

Hello, My husband and I had a second mortgage through Santanders on a house at the address 7101 86th Avenue Northwest Gig Harbor, WA 98335. I have a statement from the title company for the property at 7101 86th Avenue Northwest, we sold April 12, 2017. In the statement there is a Payoff of Second Mortgage Loan to Santander Bank NA ($20,963.34). We are refinancing our current home in New Mexico and a $65.00 balance appeared on our credit report from Santander. Our loan officer is requiring a document stating we have a closed account with a zero balance from Santander. Please email or call me at 253-278-**** so we can move forward with our current finances. Account locked & cost of phone calls from abroad

Having advised the bank as per their request that we inform them of foreign travel, I found it necessary to contact the bank from abroad, in between advising them as to my location(Russia) it eventually cost me 180 pounds to have to continually keep topping up my mobile phone to get a transaction matter cleared up, kept getting cut off, no one phoned me back, they did pay me 50 pounds as a gesture, but it has still cost me 130 pounds overall for a transaction that I should have been able to complete in one call. One of the major problems is the amount of time you have to sit there and listen to recorded messages, and then the \agents put you on a long wait, one of them even stated I am not qualified or trained to deal with this matter.

Santander Poor Company Policies

Class action lawsuit? Our car has been repaired and waiting for 2 weeks. Santander received the check which was sent to myself with their company name attached. Check was sent to Santander on August 3, 2021 and was deposited into Santander account. Today is Oct 12, 2021 after speaking with over 20 reps in the past three days we are still waiting on the check to be approved. The body shop is waiting on their money for the repairs and we are being placed in horrible financial stress from paying a rental as well as a monthly car note. I am currently on the line with another executive rep... been on hold for an hour waiting for the insurance department to approve the check and send the body shop a guarantee of payment letter. Also, take into account Geico has sent the supplemental check to the body shop.....so are there any class action lawsuits???

The application was made and accepted back in September, also the arrangement fee of £1065.00 was also paid, I am still paying the higher rate on my present mortgage. Can some one tell me where we are with this. regards Patrick O'Reilly

Right department and I told her I'll make my payment by the end of this month she said ok and she was very compassionate also thank you I will give you a call Monday morning

Telephoned Santander to check if St Helens branch had a coin counting machine, because it was after 5pm he said he could not contact the branch, he told me to phone back in the morning. I phoned in the morning Terry answered I told him the story he said let me phone them, so I waited he said no one was answering and could I phone back later, so I asked for him to phone me back. I have been on the phone for over an hour asking a simple question. I will be very surprised if they get back to me. phone phone for over get back to me.

Fixed term bonds

i am totally amazed that you have the nerve to put e mails out to customers offering 0.6% for a three year fixed term bond. this is almost criminal when poor investors may not realise this rate is only a third of what they can get if they look around. it is very unsavoury to offer so poor poor rates however you will no doubt attract some poor fools.

Car payment
