I need a copy of a check from Bill pay. This was my third phone call asking for a copy of the check.
They transfer me four times to get a copy. Spoke two supervisor. They only could mail or fax a copy. I told him this is 2017 who has fax machines.
The supervisor told me that he would fax it to my local branch and I can get it in the morning. I went to the local branch and they did not have the fax. I wasted an hour and 20 minutes to try to get a copy of a check.
Is this normal to be transferred four times wasted all this time and not get what you needed. Then going to the local branch and waste more time.
